Susan has over 15 of professional experience, bringing the investor and engineering consulting perspective to the team. Prior to joining JLL, Susan was the sustainability lead at a real estate investment firm where she drove corporate sustainability strategy development and collaborated with investment partners and consultants on project level execution. She led the development of a decarbonization transition strategy delivery model for large commercial properties to enable efficient planning for execution timing, financing and capital spending. Susan has over a decade of experience in sustainability consulting, leading large teams and helping clients across multiple geographies and business types achieve their mandates. She is active in the green building industry, currently serving on LEED Steering Committee at Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC). She previously served on multiple CAGBC and USGBC technical advisory committees and IWBI’s Water Advisory group.
